Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products across Bali.
- Manage inventory levels, warehouse operations, and distribution networks to optimize stock availability and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align operations with business goals and brand standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all operational activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Represent THOMSON HEALTH at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build brand trust and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end operations, including inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia, particularly in Bali.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or supply chain management software is a plus.
