Responsibility
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external vendors to align on project requirements and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, inventory records, and documentation.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
