Responsibility
- Oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify quality-related concerns.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Train and mentor junior QC staff to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in quality control or related fields is a plus.
