Responsibility
- Lead and manage production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Oversee team performance, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a production management role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
