Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product and process compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on quality best practices and procedures.
- Participate in the development and review of quality documentation and reports.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to enhance quality processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
