Responsibility
- Lead and manage manufacturing projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the manufacturing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, ERP systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali.
