Responsibility
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and evaluate existing ones.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs, tenders, and vendor selection.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast demand and budget requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Leverage digital tools and ERP systems to streamline procurement workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics is a plus.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
