Responsibility
- Assist in daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, order processing, and demand forecasting.
- Support warehouse activities, such as receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of products.
- Monitor and optimize e-commerce fulfillment processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational speed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve supply chain visibility.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all supply chain activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (IMS) or ERP software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
