Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end inventory management, including stock level monitoring, replenishment planning, and cycle counting to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouses, and transportation teams to optimize delivery routes, reduce lead times, and cut operational costs.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and sales projections to align supply with demand.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective contracts, favorable payment terms, and reliable service agreements.
- Implement supply chain best practices, including lean inventory principles, just-in-time (JIT) strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, on-time delivery) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies (e.g., ERP systems, IoT, automation) to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, APICS) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Proven track record in inventory optimization, demand planning, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), and data analysis tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Bali’s logistics infrastructure and regional supply chain challenges is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and make strategic recommendations.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
