Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily inbound logistics operations, including receiving, inspection, and storage of materials to ensure timely availability for production.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all inbound processes.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and supply chain teams to align inbound logistics with production schedules and inventory requirements.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies, reduce waste, and optimize storage space.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as receiving accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all warehouse activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains in inbound logistics operations.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure smooth and reliable inbound shipments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inbound logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing inbound logistics processes, including receiving, inventory control, and storage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in logistics and warehouse management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with relocation support provided by the company.
