Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory turnover, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse environments.
