Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of cleanroom facilities, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and company protocols.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance cleanroom efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on cleanroom procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cleanroom operations with production goals.
- Monitor environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity, particle count) and take corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on cleanroom performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleanroom operations, preferably in the glass, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industries.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 14644 cleanroom standards and GMP regulations.
- Proven experience in leading maintenance and improvement projects in a cleanroom environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using cleanroom monitoring systems and data analysis tools.
- Certification in cleanroom management or related fields is a plus.
