Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end procurement and inventory management for raw materials and production components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize logistics and distribution networks to reduce lead times and costs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and MNC corporate policies.
- Leverage AWS tools and data analytics to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective contracts and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and streamline material flow.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholder reviews on supply chain performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or production planning (preferably in manufacturing or MNC environments).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and AWS supply chain solutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with global teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates).
