Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process, from internal request to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all company sites in Bali.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline operations and minimize delays in the supply chain.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with stakeholders to ensure adequate stock availability for seamless order fulfillment.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks in the fulfillment process and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Liaise with internal customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience from request to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory movements using our internal systems and tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
