Responsibility
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies to meet project timelines and budgetary goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure competitive advantages.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and optimize procurement processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels for auditing and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain vendor relationships.
