Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this role offers a competitive salary of RM 10,000 – RM 12,000 per month. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics operations, maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and profitability.

Responsibility
- Oversee and manage a large team of logistics professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize import/export operations and reduce costs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and customs authorities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior logistics or forwarding management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with the logistics landscape in Bali and surrounding regions is a plus.
