Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to supply chain and logistics.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to forecast demand and plan inventory levels effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in supply chain management, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, or Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
