Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage inbound shipments from overseas and local suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize receiving processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve any shipment delays or issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline inbound logistics and reduce costs.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of shipments, inventory levels, and warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide regular reports on inbound logistics performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of inbound logistics processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficient in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
