Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and procuring high-quality materials and products from local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate their reliability and product quality.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain strong business relationships.
- Support the implementation of procurement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in procurement, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
