Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods.
- Oversee logistics activities, including route planning, carrier management, and shipment tracking.
- Monitor and report on Proof of Delivery (POD) to ensure compliance and resolve any discrepancies.
- Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, warehouse, and customer service, to streamline supply chain processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize logistics strategies to enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and solutions to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support roles.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery processes and logistics coordination.
- Proficient in using logistics and supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and external partners.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of KPI tracking, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
