Responsibility
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials and products within the facility or to designated locations.
- Operate and maintain basic machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify and report any issues or hazards.
- Support production lines by assembling, packaging, or labeling products as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to comply with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counting, labeling, and storage.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in general labor, warehousing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a disciplined approach to tasks.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to adhere to PPE requirements.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
