Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, costs, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and plan supply chain activities accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of inventory management principles, procurement processes, and logistics operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards is a plus.
