Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution across Bali locations.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability while preventing overstocking or shortages.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to negotiate contracts, resolve discrepancies, and foster strong partnerships.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality control, and regulatory standards in all supply chain processes.
- Coordinate with warehouse and retail teams to align demand forecasting with operational capacity.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on supply chain performance, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Baliâs local supply chain landscape and import/export regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
