Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the inventory of automotive spare parts, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of spare parts, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Process orders for spare parts, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment to meet customer demands.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store area, adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
- Assist customers in locating and selecting the correct spare parts, providing excellent service and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to minimize losses.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, generate reports, and analyze inventory performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or inventory management are advantageous.
