Responsibility
- Conduct research and analysis on packaging materials, trends, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Develop and test packaging prototypes to ensure durability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to optimize packaging designs.
- Evaluate and recommend packaging solutions that align with regulatory and industry standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor packaging strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on packaging performance, cost analysis, and sustainability metrics.
- Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality, eco-friendly packaging materials.
- Ensure packaging solutions meet customer requirements and enhance product appeal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in packaging analysis, design, or manufacturing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, testing methods, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in CAD software or other packaging design tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
