Responsibility
- Operate company vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Assist in loading and unloading merchandise, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including timestamps, recipient signatures, and condition reports.
- Manage inventory in the store/warehouse, including receiving, labeling, and organizing stock.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (preferably for commercial or heavy vehicles).
- Proven experience in driving and logistics, with a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Physical fitness to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads and traffic regulations is a plus.
