Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic transportation solutions to improve warehouse outbound efficiency.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify cost-reduction opportunities and lead-time improvements.
- Manage end-to-end transportation network performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to synchronize loading, dispatch, and delivery workflows.
- Conduct route optimization studies to minimize fuel consumption and enhance fleet utilization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and transportation domain.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on supply chain effectiveness for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards for transport operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation planning, or warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Deep understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex logistical challenges and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on operational excellence and safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
