Responsibility
- Develop and maintain data models and analytical tools to monitor supply chain performance and identify trends.
- Analyze material availability, lead times, and supplier performance to mitigate risks and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Create and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Utilize predictive analytics to forecast demand and supply chain disruptions, enabling proactive decision-making.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and cleansing datasets from various sources.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or advanced Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
