Responsibility
- Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage shipment flows and logistics operations in compliance with Incoterms.
- Collaborate with regional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to order fulfillment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is a plus.
