Responsibility

  • Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while maintaining service standards.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Resolve supply chain disruptions proactively and develop contingency plans.
  • Support cross-functional teams in forecasting demand and aligning supply chain strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, and logistics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with lean supply chain principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
