Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while maintaining service standards.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions proactively and develop contingency plans.
- Support cross-functional teams in forecasting demand and aligning supply chain strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, and logistics tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with lean supply chain principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
