Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of procurement or supply chain management experience.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
