Responsibility
- Lead and optimize production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to customer commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HPU performance, cycle times, and overall operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, reducing excess stock while ensuring material availability for uninterrupted production.
- Develop and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, skill development, and high performance.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve process quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Logistics) to resolve production bottlenecks and enhance workflows.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, throughput, defect rates) and present data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA) in all production activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in production management within manufacturing, preferably in electronics, precision engineering, or high-tech industries.
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPS with measurable improvements in efficiency and cost reduction.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 50+ employees in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting production challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Certifications in PMP, CPIM, or Black Belt are highly desirable.
