Responsibility
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across planning, inventory, and logistics systems.
- Develop and implement data management policies, procedures, and standards to maintain data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related issues and provide solutions.
- Monitor and audit data entries to detect and correct discrepancies or errors.
- Support the integration of data from various sources into centralized systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into data trends and anomalies.
- Train and guide team members on data management best practices and tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and metadata management.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
