Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the night shift warehouse team to ensure operational efficiency and KPI achievement.
- Oversee inventory management using WMS/SAP systems, ensuring accuracy and real-time tracking.
- Enforce safety protocols and SOP compliance to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and logistics execution.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices, new systems, and safety measures.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and SAP or similar ERP software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic, 24/7 operational schedule.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
