Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with schedules.
- Update and maintain SAP systems with accurate inventory, order, and shipment data.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and customers to confirm orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts to align production and procurement with market needs.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring product availability.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, warehouse, sales) to streamline supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all logistics and supply chain activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and demand planning.
