Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including freight forwarding and shipment scheduling.
- Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BoL) and other shipping documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international commercial terms (Incoterms) and trade regulations.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and customs officials to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies in real-time.
- Analyze supply and demand trends to optimize inventory and logistics strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, freight forwarding, and international shipping regulations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
