Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze reports on shipment status, inventory turnover, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Strong knowledge of shipment processes, customs regulations, and inventory control systems.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the beauty or FMCG industry is a plus.
