Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to optimize transportation and warehousing solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, customs forms, and delivery receipts.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, warehouse, and customer service, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
- Support the implementation of service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of logistics trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively coordinate with 3PLs and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in using logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems or transportation management systems (TMS).
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
