Responsibility
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee picking, packing, loading, and unloading operations to meet daily targets.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Conduct regular stock taking and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline warehouse operations.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in both day and night shifts as required.
