Responsibility
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation processes.
- Monitor and report on inventory KPIs, including stock levels, turnover rates, and order fulfillment metrics.
- Support the strategic expansion of inventory sites by analyzing capacity, demand, and logistical requirements.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Develop and implement data reporting systems to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align inventory levels with business demands.
- Optimize stock control procedures to minimize excess inventory and stockouts.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on supply chain metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain support.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and KPIs to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with lean inventory principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
