Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to optimize inventory levels and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order statuses, track shipments, and resolve discrepancies or delays proactively.
- Maintain and update supply chain databases, ensuring real-time visibility of stock and order data.
- Liaise with sales teams to align supply chain capabilities with customer demands and forecasts.
- Prepare and distribute reports on order volumes, lead times, and performance metrics.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and returns.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management roles (remote experience a plus).
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, or Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for cross-border collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address supply chain challenges.
- Familiarity with Australian business practices or time zones is advantageous.
