Responsibility

  • Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best deals for the company.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier agreements, invoices, and inventory data.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement strategies with budgetary constraints.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements in the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in the F&B or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
