Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best deals for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier agreements, invoices, and inventory data.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement strategies with budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements in the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in the F&B or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
