Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability in procurement.
- Monitor market trends and leverage data analytics to make informed sourcing decisions.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues to maintain seamless operations.
- Support the Asia Sourcing Office in achieving operational excellence and cost-saving targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry procurement is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
