Responsibility
- Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize cost savings and supplier performance.
- Lead sourcing activities, including supplier identification, evaluation, and accreditation.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, negotiation techniques, and supplier relations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
