Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and management of daily supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline procurement processes.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and supply chain metrics.
- Support the implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in resolving any supply chain disruptions or issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and logistics operations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
