Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline logistics operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, ERP systems, or supply chain software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization and cost reduction.
- Familiarity with Bali's logistics landscape and regional supply chain dynamics is advantageous.
