Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate and monitor logistics systems, including inventory management, material handling, and warehouse organization.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Inspect and test machinery to identify defects or malfunctions and document findings.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of goods within the facility.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Mechanical Fitter, Logistics Operator, or in a similar role within manufacturing or warehousing.
- Strong technical skills in machinery maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with logistics software, inventory management systems, and material handling equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems) and strong communication skills in English.
