Responsibility

  • Process and manage customer and supplier orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transportation issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies to the management team.
  • Prepare and update shipping documents, invoices, and other supply chain-related paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting, to support the supply chain team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or administrative roles is advantageous but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with accounting software like AutoCount is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
