In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance process. You will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming components meet our rigorous reliability standards and operational requirements. By bridging the gap between our production teams and external suppliers, you will play a critical part in minimizing downtime, reducing defect rates, and maintaining the highest standards of manufacturing excellence.

Responsibility
- Manage and monitor supplier quality performance metrics to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Conduct thorough incoming quality inspections and validation of components for production reliability.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for supplier-related non-conformances.
- Perform regular supplier audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and industrial standards.
- Collaborate with procurement and engineering departments to resolve quality issues and streamline supply chain processes.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) phases to ensure supplier readiness and component quality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and quality reports for all supplier-related performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or a related Quality Assurance role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
- Proficiency in ISO 9001/IATF 16949 quality management system standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage supplier relationships.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic production environment.
