Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily machinery operations, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of equipment operators to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Dispatch construction equipment to sites based on project requirements and priority scheduling.
- Enforce and monitor compliance with all safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align machinery operations with overall project goals.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance logs, and operator performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing machinery and teams.
- Proven expertise in heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and dispatch coordination.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, local safety regulations, and construction industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and resolve operational challenges.
- Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and equipment tracking systems.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing project demands.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
